Free Weekly Yoga Class for the School of Architecture

Tuesdays from 12:15-1:15pm in Campbell Hall Room 405 (4th floor) | Free yoga class for to all students, faculty, and staff in the School of Architecture.

John Campbell, a founding member of the new U.Va. Contemplative Sciences Center, will begin teaching a free weekly yoga class on Tuesdays at 12:15pm in Campbell 405.  The inspiration behind the class is that community-experience yoga practice can be a way to connect our minds, bodies and spirits to the ethos of holistic, optimal living here at the School of Architecture.
