This 6-week program is full.
Please join this 6-week program where we will work together in a small group for an in-depth exploration of Yoga. You will learn the foundations of creating a home practice and studio practice that works for you including yoga, meditation, mindfulness and journaling. Ultimately, the goal is for you to feel confident in your own practice, connected to a community of practitioners and learn some tools to take care of yourself. Each session is about an hour and a half. All are welcome, so come as you are.
*This class is for UNDERGRADUATE students only. Maximum capacity of 10.
